Job summary

Spectrio, a Tampa-based digital engagement leader, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to customize and install on-premise equipment for clients. You will serve as a critical touchpoint, coordinating dispatch, scheduling, and technical support to ensure successful deployments across diverse locations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team collaboration, and the ability to translate technical details into clear guidance for non-technical clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer and Customer Service experience required.
• Experience working as an Implementation Specialist preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience with computers and providing customer service in a call center environment preferred.
• CRM experience (NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred.
• Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for field-related service activities.
• Assign, control, and dispatch service technicians.
• Monitor workflow and technician load.
• Coordinate tech scheduling with clients and reassign work as needed.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients via on-site technicians.
• Communicate technical information in simple terms to customers.
