Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a Program Manager to design, develop, and lead the end-to-end onboarding of new providers, ensuring all requirements are met within established timeframes. You will coordinate with internal teams and external hospital clients to align program goals and deliverables.

You will manage detailed project plans, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements to onboarding processes, reporting progress to leadership and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management.
• 2+ years of direct project leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of providers from intake to activation.
• Manage cross-functional project plans and schedules.
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes for leadership reporting.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance in onboarding.
