Job summary

Palco, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own client roadmaps and coordinate with product, engineering, and IT teams to deliver successful implementations. You will drive onboarding, training, and client handoffs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational goals.

The role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships with clients, state agencies, and internal teams, while guiding project governance and continuous improvement across implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably software implementations or client-facing projects.
• Experience in healthcare or human services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and PMBOK.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Owns project roadmap and coordinates across development teams to deliver demos, handoffs, and training.
• Builds relationships with clients, state agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Establishes teams and applies PM best practices to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Gathers requirements and coordinates with product, analysis, and technical teams to design solutions.
• Facilitates planning sessions, workshops, and go-live readiness reviews.
