Job summary

SCP Health in Traverse City, MI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead provider onboarding and end-to-end program execution. You will coordinate with operations, compliance, legal teams and hospital clients to align goals and deliverables, while driving timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

The role requires 8+ years in program/project management, PMP/PgMP/PfMP or similar certification, and strong skills in MS Project, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of direct project leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., MS Project, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new, converting providers within established timeframes.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, legal) and external providers and hospital clients to align program goals and deliverables.
• Develop and manage program objectives and detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for seamless execution.
• Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes for efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Pay Range

110,591.00 - 163,704.00 USD annually This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
