Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new, converting providers across our health system partnerships.

You will coordinate with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and legal, while engaging external stakeholders to align program goals and deliverables. This role emphasizes project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of direct project leadership.
• Proficiency in PM tools and data visualization platforms such as MS Project, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead onboarding processes for new providers within established timeframes.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, legal, providers, and hospital clients to align program goals.
