Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first company building software to streamline assurance and audit work in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. As an Implementation Analyst, you will onboard customers, configure environments, migrate data, and ensure every detail is right so clients realize value quickly.

You will work with AI-powered vibe coding agents and grow into an Implementation Consultant role with increased ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top firm or startup.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail across configurations.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using AI tools, structured data and systems.
• Ownership of workstreams with proactive blockers identification and solution proposals.
• Team player with mission-first attitude and clear communication.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environments with multiple projects.
• Genuine interest in audit, risk advisory, or professional services; curiosity to learn matters most.

Responsibilities

• Set customers up for success by configuring environments, roles and permissions.
• Own data migration and setup tasks to enable go-live.
• Translate requirements into system configurations under guidance of senior staff.
• Leverage AI-powered vibe coding agents to accelerate configuration tasks.
• Perform QA checks to ensure client specs are met and best practices followed.
• Drive issue resolution with internal teams to keep implementations on track.
• Support go-live preparation and post-launch support.
• Join customer calls with senior consultants to gain direct client exposure.
