Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first company based in San Francisco, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join the go-to-market team and manage onboarding for new customers. You will coordinate with Customer Success and GTM teams, delivering the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to maximize ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review.
• 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement during implementation.
• Create plans outlining customer goals and required activities to implement Fieldguide.
• Build champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge among customer teams.
• Advocate for customer needs across Fieldguide teams (Engineering, Product, Design; Customer Enablement; Sales).
• Identify and mitigate success risks with decisive action plans.
• Document progress with case studies, new use cases, and success metrics.
