Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first startup helping audit and assurance practitioners through onboarding and implementation excellence in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. As an Implementation Consultant in the EMEA region, you’ll run the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding, partner with Customer Success and GTM teams, and build trust with customers while shaping the adoption journey and roadmap.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years delivering risk advisory or tech risk engagements.
• Or 3+ years in tech consulting or implementation at a top firm.
• Team player with mission-first mindset.
• Strong project management skills with multiple customers.
• Executive presence and strong communication.
• Bias towards action and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers during onboarding.
• Guide customer goals and track adoption.
• Build champions and expand Fieldguide knowledge.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, design and sales.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Document value and success metrics.
