Job summary

CardioOne, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Manager– Practice Tools to support the implementation, adoption, and management of practice management tools across the organization.

You will liaise with operational teams, vendors, athenahealth, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects within the athenaOne platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on athenaOne experience, strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and can drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, technology, or related implementations.
• Experience supporting athenaOne workflows is required.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory cardiology workflows.
• Experience coordinating projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support practice tool implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure success.
• Support athenaOne readiness, change management, and adoption activities.
• Assist with system testing, validation, and user training.
