Counterpart Health is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead customer-facing implementations of Counterpart Assistant. You will manage multi-stakeholder launches, coordinate with account management, product, and engineering, and drive on-time, high-quality deployments.

You will shape the implementation playbook, reduce time-to-launch, and raise customer satisfaction by guiding cross-functional teams through complex integrations with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of healthcare technology implementations with provider practices.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and ability to manage escalations calmly.
• Expert project management that plans and drives accountability across teams.
• Strong technical judgment for diagnosing integration issues and scope creep.
• Effective communicator documenting status and risks internally and externally.
• Motivated by process improvement and driving adoption across teams.
• Leads through influence rather than authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through implementation: primary contact from kickoff to post go-live.
• Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent implementations and keep teams aligned.
• Partner with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues and maintain schedule.
• Own the outcomes of each implementation: surface risks and drive resolution to target dates and quality.
• Apply technical judgment to monitor integration issues alongside product/engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the implementation playbook, tooling, and templates.
• Represent the customer’s voice to product, engineering, and support to inform improvements.
