Job summary

Counterpart Health, a Clover Health subsidiary, is hiring an Implementation Manager for Counterpart Assistant. You will lead customer-facing implementations, coordinating across account management, product, and engineering to deliver launches on time and with quality.

You will drive process improvements, shape the implementation playbook, and ensure a strong voice for customers throughout every launch, maintaining high satisfaction and successful integrations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through implementation: primary point of contact for technical implementation from kickoff to post go-live.
• Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations with aligned scope, timeline, and status.
• Partner cross-functionally with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues and handoffs.
• Own the outcomes of each implementation: surface risks early, drive resolution, and hold launches to target date and quality.
