Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to architect, coordinate, and manage ERP project plans across customer, implementation, and support teams. You will define scope, schedule, and budget, acting as the single point of contact for customers and executives to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong risk management, stakeholder communication, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, and/or an IT-related field.
• ERP hands-on and full life-cycle project implementation experience desired.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and processes.
• Experience managing partner relationships a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Experience with project/work management platforms such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Architect, coordinate, and manage project plans between customer and ECI resources.
• Define and confirm scope, schedule, and budget for each project.
• Act as single customer contact and communicate with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Create project plans and govern timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Lead planning, development, and execution of multiple programs to meet strategic goals.
• Manage resources, budget, and funding requests to drive execution.
• Review Statements of Work to understand deliverables.
• Coordinate across departments to align teams and remove roadblocks.
• Facilitate development of business and technical requirements, system design, testing, and training.
• Provide timely updates to customers and leadership.
