Job summary

Solventum seeks an Implementation Technical Engineer to drive deployments of Fluency and CDI products, coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams. You will deliver deployment designs and ensure successful implementations across multiple systems.

You will provide technical support, work with vendors, and participate in testing and training to ensure client success. This role requires 5+ years in IT support/implementation and a strong deployment background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in technical support or implementation.
• Experience designing, configuring and deploying server-based client models.
• Two years with virtual desktop technologies and related troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware ESX and Citrix technologies.
• Strong Windows and Mac deployment knowledge; SCCM/Intune familiarity.
• Exposure to EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Solventum products in Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
• Lead deployment design and implementation, and coordinate changes with customers.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate products with other systems.
• Support the HIS division's goals and participate in cross-functional testing.
• Engage in cross-team projects to ensure best practices and client success.
