• Bachelor's degree or higher; healthcare software implementation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma with 8 years of software implementation experience in healthcare settings.
• Minimum of two years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Minimum of two years knowledge of hospital or professional healthcare coding workflow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Solventum teams to deploy and configure Solventum products and deliver project milestones.
• Assess current state workflows and ensure future state aligns with project objectives; lead testing and validation.
• Lead and coordinate configuration, testing, and go-live activities with client and internal teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, document changes, and manage issue resolution with escalation teams.
• Train system administrators and end users on maintenance of Solventum products; develop educational materials and documentation.
