Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deploy and configure Solventum products for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver project milestones and ensure the future state aligns with objectives.

Responsibilities include configuring Revenue Cycle environments, leading issue resolution, training system administrators, and supporting testing and go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of software support or implementation experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Alternate pathway: high school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare software implementations.
• Minimum two years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Experience with hospital or professional healthcare coding workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Solventum products with clients and internal teams.
• Lead and validate CRM and environment configurations to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate issue resolution and change control with clients and teams.
• Train system administrators and end users on maintenance of Solventum products.
• Lead testing and go-live support and assist with post-implementation activities.
