Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of software or software implementation experience in healthcare.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years in software implementation/healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years of combined healthcare coding workflow knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years of client-facing implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Solventum 360 Encompass, HDM and RDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Solventum team to deploy and configure Solventum products.
• Assess current state customer coding, CDI, and visit workflows to fit project objectives.
• Lead configuration, testing and validation of Solventum Revenue Cycle environments.
• Coordinate issue resolution and change control with clients and internal teams.
• Perform root cause analysis with support for troubleshooting.
• Train system admins and end users on Solventum products and maintenance.
• Lead testing and go-live support; communicate updates to client teams.
