Bluesight, Inc. is seeking a passionate Implementation Specialist to ensure our clients have the best possible implementation experience.

They are the public face of Bluesight to the customers and are responsible for scheduling deployments, hosting kick-off & follow-up calls, and facilitating remote and in-person onsite training for end users. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of project management or client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 75%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with EMRs/ADCs such as EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, Pyxis is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of implementation projects including kickoff, configuration, go-live and training while maintaining timelines.
• Be the main point of contact for customers before go-live and manage communications.
• Coordinate multiple implementations with different priorities and deadlines.
• Act as a consultative partner to ensure engagement and provide guidance based on workflows.
• Liaise between customers, wholesalers and internal teams for software configuration.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans and documentation for leadership visibility.
• Travel to customer sites to assist with rollout of kit hardware and software.
