Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Technical Engineer to manage deployment and ongoing success of our Fluency and CDI product lines. You will work with multi-functional teams around the world to drive project completion and client satisfaction.

You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective deployment designs while coordinating with vendors to support integrations and smooth handoffs from kickoff to full deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all Solventum products for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and design deployment and changes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to integrate products with other systems.
• Support HIS Division's business plan and objectives.
• Deliver cohesive technical service to ensure a stable installation environment.
• Participate in cross-functional testing and collaboration projects.
• Present findings and insights to clients through presentations and onsite meetings.
