Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Technical Engineer to manage deployment and ongoing success of our Fluency and CDI product lines. You will work with multi-functional teams around the world to drive project completion and client satisfaction.

You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective deployment designs while coordinating with vendors to support integrations and smooth handoffs from kickoff to full deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all Solventum products for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and design deployment and changes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to integrate products with other systems.
• Support HIS Division's business plan and objectives.
• Deliver cohesive technical service to ensure a stable installation environment.
• Participate in cross-functional testing and collaboration projects.
• Present findings and insights to clients through presentations and onsite meetings.

As an Implementation Technical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and clients. Here, you will make an impact by managing critical projects and initiatives to ensure the success of Fluency and CDI product lines. Manage customer, project team and leadership relationships across multi-functional teams at Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.

• Provide technical support for all Solventum products for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions
• Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful deployment designs and implementation and deployment changes
• Collaborate with third party vendors to successfully support the integration of our products with other systems
• Contribute to and support the business unit to achieve goals and objectives of the HIS Division's Business plan
• Participate with a diverse team of professionals in providing in depth cohesive technical service that ensure a stable product installation environment.
• Participate in cross functional and user acceptance testing
• Participate in cross team collaboration projects to ensure best practices.
• Understanding customer needs and ensuring client success through impactful presentations/guides/onsite meetings.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Experience communicating at C Suite level down to front line customers.

The Fluency Technical Engineer attends kick-off meetings for new projects, stays involved with the Implementation process to ensure the success of the client and business and completes a support hand off once customer is fully deployed and stable.
