Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding of digital employees from equipment orders to provisioning.
• Manage software and hardware vendors, sourcing, and procurement.
• Maintain Bitwarden hardware/software inventory distributed globally.
• Serve as the go-to for access, configuration, and support of tools used across the company.
• Assist with the management and transformation of our cloud infrastructure and networks.
• Manage VPNs and other restricted access systems.
• Assist with compliance frameworks and certifications such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Contribute to the SecOps presence in forums, conferences, and customer support.
