Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an Implementation Associate to join the project management team in a fully remote role based in New York, United States. This desk-based position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment with flexible days and shift times, working with customers, implementation specialists, and service teams.

You will manage requests, create tasks in Jira, and help prepare kickoff discussions while tracking progress against the approved plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of project stages, milestones, and change vs action.
• Familiarity with a project management tool such as Jira, including updates and checklists.
• Clear written and verbal communication for customer updates and notes.

Responsibilities

• Receive implementation requests and organize information for review.
• Check requests for objectives, contacts, timing, and missing details; escalate to PM as needed.
• Create task entries in a project management tool (e.g., Jira) with owners and dates.
• Prepare kickoff agendas and organize customer discussions to confirm scope and responsibilities.
• Maintain implementation checklists and update progress against plan.
• Coordinate readiness checks with specialists and customer contacts; confirm preparations.
• Follow up on questions and overdue actions with clear responses for PM view.
• Escalate conflicts or gaps to PM rather than changing scope.
• Prepare concise progress summaries showing tasks, milestones, blockers, and decisions needed.
• Support final handoff to service team and close tasks; ensure accuracy and follow-up.
