Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our go-to-market team, driving onboarding for customers and ensuring rapid ROI. You will partner with Customer Success and broader GTM groups to deliver our Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program and establish a scalable process for the EMEA region.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Enablement to translate customer needs into product roadmap insights, client-ready materials, and repeatable onboarding

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA or NIST).
• 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top firm or high-growth startup.
• Strong consulting skills helping complex orgs succeed as trusted advisor.
• Project management proficiency: prioritize and manage multiple customers with minimal oversight.
• Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement through all implementation phases.
• Guide growth by outlining goals and activities to meet them; review progress regularly.
• Build customer champions and expand Fieldguide knowledge.
• Advocate for customers by coordinating with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales and Enablement; communicate needs internally.
• Mitigate risks with proactive action plans and clear ownership.
• Document progress with case studies, new use cases and success metrics.
