Job summary

Qualia, based in Austin, TX, seeks a customer-focused implementation specialist to guide new customers through the initial 50–90 days of their journey. You’ll drive the implementation, ensure milestones are met, and demonstrate ROI as customers transition to Qualia.

You’ll collaborate with GMs, CSMs, and cross-functional teams, becoming a product expert who solves complex deployment challenges and delivers high satisfaction during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate value.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM/PM tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customers during the most sensitive period of the journey.
• Become a Qualia software expert to help deployments based on company structure.
• Collaborate with customers’ GMs and CSMs to align on goals and ROI.
• Graduate customers from implementation with high satisfaction.
• Act as quarterback during implementation to meet stakeholders’ needs.
