Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first startup based in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join the go-to-market team. You’ll work directly with Customer Success and cross-functional groups to drive adoption of our platform and deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate value for new customers.

Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will lead the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program, build trust with clients, define goals, mitigate risks, and champion customer needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review
• AND/OR 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement during implementation from sales handoff to value realization
• Create a plan outlining customer goals with implementing Fieldguide and activities to meet them; review progress and adapt plans
• Cultivate customer champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge
• Serve as liaison between customers and Fieldguide’s Engineering, Product, Design, Sales and other cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and develop decisive action plans to mitigate them
• Document progress with case studies, new use cases and success metrics and track value realization
