Placements24 is seeking a Remote Impact Measurement Coordinator to lead monitoring and evaluation efforts for international development programs. You will design M&E frameworks, guide data collection, analyze findings, and report outcomes to inform strategy and donor accountability.

In this fully remote role, you will train staff, promote learning from results, and contribute to program design with rigorous measurement practices, ensuring timely, accurate assessments across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment, or program evaluation.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing M&E plans and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization.

Responsabilités

• Develop, refine, and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies for diverse development programs.
• Oversee the collection of high-quality data from program activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance, identify trends, and measure impact against objectives.
• Prepare regular M&E reports, impact assessments, and success stories for internal use and external reporting to donors and stakeholders.
• Provide training and technical support to program staff on data collection, M&E best practices, and utilization of findings.
• Contribute to program design by ensuring M&E considerations are integrated from the outset.
• Stay current with best practices and innovations in impact measurement and evaluation in the development sector.
• Facilitate learning sessions based on M&E findings to improve program effectiveness.
