Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Impact Measurement Specialist for a fully remote contract role. The role focuses on developing robust measurement frameworks, data collection, analysis, and reporting to demonstrate social and environmental impact for our nonprofit client.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and has at least 5 years of experience in impact measurement or related research, with proficiency in SPSS, R, or Stata and experience with

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact measurement, M&E, or social research.
Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, Stata).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine methodologies for impact measurement and evaluation.
Design data collection tools and processes (surveys, interviews, case studies).
Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to program impact.
Interpret data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive impact reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and ethical data handling practices.
Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into program design.
Stay updated on best practices and trends in impact measurement and SROI.
Provide training and support to staff on impact measurement tools and techniques.
