The position requires a strong quantitative background, proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in impact measurement or M&E in non-profit or development.
• Proficient in statistical software (R/SPSS/Stata) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with survey design and implementation.
• Understanding of common development indicators and frameworks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design frameworks for measuring program impact and outcomes.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
