About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Impact Measurement Specialist to join their team. This is a fully remote, contract position that will focus on developing and implementing robust frameworks for measuring the social and environmental impact of our client's various programs. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting, providing insights that guide strategic decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background and a passion for demonstrating tangible positive change. Working from your home office, you will collaborate with program managers and stakeholders across different locations. This role is critical in helping our client articulate and prove the value of its work to donors, beneficiaries, and the wider public. We need someone who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact measurement, M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation), or social research.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with different impact frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with a virtual team.
