You will manage District Managers and field reps, shaping omnichannel strategies, optimizing access and reimbursement, and reporting to executive leadership. Travel about 50% is required, with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 10+ years in sales, marketing or managed care in pharma.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years building and managing customer relationships.
• Resident of the region with up to 50% travel, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team.
• Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience across touchpoints.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and thought leaders to support engagement.
• Align plans with payer and managed-care considerations for access/reimbursement.
• Deliver regional business results and meet P&L targets.
• Embed customer-centric vision across large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to national strategy through cross-functional input.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and optimize payer/patient/HCP interactions.
