Zusammenfassung

Symmetrio is seeking a remote Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth in imaging and capital medical devices within U.S. health systems. You will build strategic opportunities, nurture relationships with clinical and administrative buyers, and guide long, consultative sales cycles.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales or business development, strong hospital-process knowledge, and a proven track record of closing complex deals. Travel about 40% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience selling imaging or diagnostic equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the company’s imaging business in the U.S.
• Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare organizations.
• Build relationships with radiology, oncology, neurosurgery, surgical teams, and hospital leadership.
• Support customer evaluations, product demonstrations, and market launch activities.
• Develop relationships with clinical experts and key opinion leaders at reference sites.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Engineering, Regulatory, and Executive teams to drive commercialization.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Meet assigned sales and business development goals.
