Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to establish and maintain labor standards through time studies,MOST, and related methods while leading process-improvement efforts to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

In this remote role, you will develop SOPs, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay informed of clinical process updates to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Experience with time studies and MOST.
• Ability to analyze, transform, and visualize data with strong detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, analyze, and document labor standards and workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to produce SOPs aligned with time standards.
• Perform time studies and work sampling using MTM systems.
• Draft SOPs for each job and task.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Maintain knowledge of Industrial Engineering software platforms.
• Provide analyses to improve process efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed of clinical process updates to ensure accurate reporting.
