Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks an Industrial Engineering professional to support facilities with engineered labor standards and continuous improvement initiatives. You will develop time-studied standards, drive labor productivity, and monitor performance through dashboards across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years in IE, strong communication, and willingness to travel 50-75% to support site initiatives and training across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in developing engineered labor standards.
• Continuous improvement experience and CI methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project support to Americold facilities.
• Drive labor productivity and inventory control improvements via engineered labor standards.
• Leverage dashboards to monitor labor, inventory, and service performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop, validate, and maintain time-studied standards.
• Calculate and implement performance incentives.
• Provide training to operations teams on labor management and CI tools.
