CONTINUUM is seeking a remote Industrial Engineer & Project Specialist to support labor and performance management programs, identify improvements, and help clients optimize operations across distribution and manufacturing environments.

You will analyze operational data, apply industrial engineering principles to enhance people, processes, and systems, and assist project managers and consultants on Fortune 500 client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience applying process improvement methodologies in manufacturing.
Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems within distribution/manufacturing contexts.

Responsibilities

Support labor and performance management program implementations.
