Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Industrial Engineering Team and Engineered Labor Standards program across the network. The role includes process engineering, data collection, analysis, and associate training to sustain productivity.

The successful candidate will travel about 75% to support multiple DCs nationwide and implement labor standards with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative discipline required.
• Experience with Red Prairie Labor Management System or EXE WMS is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, SQL skills and ability to visualize data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for distribution and related functions.
• Study current processes, analyze effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Train DC management and hourly staff on methods and standards; support change management.
• Evaluate facility layouts and provide cost savings through improvements.
