Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Informatica IDMC Administrator to administer and maintain IDMC environments, monitor production workloads, and support releases across environments. This remote US role collaborates with stakeholders, development, infrastructure, and support teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production or platform administration, hands-on IDMC experience, AWS knowledge, and strong incident/change/release management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Platform Administration.
• Hands-on experience with IDMC including managing and upgrading Informatica Secure Agents.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud-based application support.
• Experience with Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management across multiple environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain IDMC environments, including installing, maintaining, and upgrading Secure Agents.
• Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve performance issues to ensure platform stability.
• Support deployment processes across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Perform pre/post-deployment validations to support releases and ensure stability after deployments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams; provide weekend and on-call support for major releases.
