Job summary

Cognizant seeks an Informatica IDMC Administrator to manage IDMC environments, ensure platform stability, and support releases across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production. You will work with business, development, and infra teams to maintain governance and deliver reliable services.

The role requires 5+ years in production/support or platform administration, hands-on IDMC and Secure Agent experience, and strong AWS knowledge, with on-call duties and EST-aligned hours for US projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Production Support, Application Support, or Platform Administration.
• Hands-on experience with IDMC and upgrading Informatica Secure Agents.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud-based support.
• Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management in multi-environment deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management in SLA-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain IDMC environments, including installing, maintaining, and upgrading Informatica Secure Agents.
• Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve performance and platform-related issues.
• Support Change Management and Release Management processes across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-deployment validations to support production releases and ensure stability.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and business teams; participate in onshore-offshore handoff meetings; provide on-call support for major releases.
