Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize the IDMC platform in a fully remote LATAM role aligned to EST hours. You will monitor production workloads, manage incidents, and oversee platform health in enterprise-scale environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with IDMC, Operational Insights, Secure Agent management, and SLA-driven production support, working with data engineering and analytics teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Informatica Cloud (IDMC/IICS) environments.
• Strong understanding of Informatica Operational Insights, job monitoring, and production support processes.
• Experience managing Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, and platform configurations.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/data integration operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management processes.
• Knowledge of SLA-driven production support environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Informatica IDMC operations and ensure SLA commitments.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Manage Secure Agents, runtime environments, and platform configurations.
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, and testing to maintain stability.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams.
