Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Informatica IDMC Administrator to manage and maintain Informatica IDMC environments, ensuring stability and supporting releases across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production. You will collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to sustain operations.

Role requires hands-on IDMC experience, AWS proficiency, and strong incident/problem/change/release management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Production/ Application or Platform Administration.
• Informatica IDMC administration and upgrades of Secure Agents.
• Strong AWS cloud services knowledge for support.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management across environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication in SLA-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain IDMC environments including Secure Agent management.
• Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve platform issues.
• Support deployment across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production.
• Perform pre-/post-deployment validations to ensure stability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams; provide on-call support for major releases.
