Job summary

Programmers.io in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Sr. ETL Developer to design, implement, test and deploy ETL/ELT solutions in QA and production environments. You will analyze requirements, create mappings, tasks and schedules using Informatica Cloud Data Integration, and document ETL mappings.

You should be proficient in SQL, data modeling, and SDLC/Agile practices, with exposure to SAP or Workday integration a plus. Strong problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Informatica experience including IDMC
• Strong SQL and database design
• Experience with ETL tools, IDMC primary
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• SAP integration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes using Informatica Cloud Data Integration including mappings, tasks, task flows, schedules, and parameter files.
• Ensure adherence to ETL/ELT best practices and maintain ETL mapping documentation.
• Understand and apply database designs and SQL effectively.
• Familiarize with SDLC and Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Experience with SAP and Workday integration is a plus.
• Perform root-cause analysis with strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form to all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
