Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IDMC MDM Developer to design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

This role focuses on cloud-native MDM implementations, data integration, and governance to ensure consistent, high-quality master data across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IDMC MDM solutions including data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchy management.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (IICS).
• Configure Business Entity Services, workflows, and user interfaces in IDMC MDM.
• Implement data quality rules and integrate with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in MDM, with at least 2 years on IDMC/IICS.
• Strong knowledge of IDMC MDM, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Application Integration.
• Experience with data modeling, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and cloud integration patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data governance principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica Axon, EDC, or other governance tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Exposure to real-time data integration and event-driven architectures.
