Job summary

Cyera is hiring a Technical Enablement Manager for Identity Security to empower pre-sales, channel and field teams with comprehensive learning materials and hands-on labs. You will translate security concepts into field-ready messaging and build scalable enablement programs across IAM, PAM, IGA and non-human identities.

The role partners with sales, product and leadership to measure impact, define KPIs, and drive adoption of enablement initiatives in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-performance cybersecurity sales organization (sales, sales engineering, pre-sales, channel, enablement, or learning and development).
• Ability to develop technical sales content, demos, labs and training from the ground up.
• Working knowledge of identity security concepts (IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, ITDR, Zero Trust).
• Familiarity with non-human and AI agent identities, service accounts, secrets management and least-privilege access models.
• Experience with content management and learning management systems in an Enterprise first selling motion.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Security or identity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs for the identity security portfolio.
• Determine identity security enablement priorities with pre-sales stakeholders.
• Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with channel, pre-sales reps and leaders.
• Translate identity security product releases and customer use cases into field-ready messaging.
• Provide onboarding and training programs for pre-sales, including hands-on labs and demos (IAM, PAM, IGA, non-human identity use cases).
• Coordinate educational content for ongoing training.
• Build and maintain identity security learning paths and certification programs (ITDR and AI agent identity).
• Facilitate content creation and use with pre-sales teams (demos, battlecards, technical collateral).
• Gather and relay feedback to iterate on enablement strategy.
• Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
• Contribute to GTM strategy and planning for identity security.
• Track market trends and competitors and turn them into positioning and training.
