Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting IAM in hybrid environments.
• Strong experience with AD DS, ADFS, Entra ID, ADCS and Hybrid Identity.
• Proficient in PowerShell, automation, APIs, and IaC.
• Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Federation, and cert-based auth.
• Experience managing GPO, DNS, WSUS, and SCOM in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of identity security and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend changes for moderately complex network components to improve incident avoidance.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis for future resiliency.
• Lead integration plans across hardware and software components.
• Support production service requests and administer infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain tools for maintaining/modifying hardware and software components.
• Implement moderately complex components by analyzing environment and performing customizations.
• Test, debug, and document components clearly.
• Collaborate with engineers to address data conversion impacts and performance requirements.
• Lead research, design, planning and engineering of new components or enhancements.
