Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer Lead Consultant for Identity and Authentication. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM in hybrid environments, with strong emphasis on ADDS, ADFS, Entra ID, and secure access technologies.

You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to ensure resilient identity infrastructure.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions in complex hybrid environments.
Strong proficiency with ADDS, ADFS, Entra ID, ADCS, and Hybrid Identity.
PowerShell scripting, automation, APIs, IaC, and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Lead identification and recommendation of major changes in network components to prevent incidents.
Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis, escalating high-complexity items.
Lead plans to ensure integration with other hardware and software components.
Support production service requests and routine administration of network infrastructure.
Develop and maintain tools for maintaining, modifying, and monitoring components.
Lead testing, debugging, performance analysis, and documentation of components.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure proper interaction of updated infrastructure.
