Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Workforce Identity Lead Consultant to design and roll out automated access provisioning methods. You will collaborate with internal teams to implement IAM solutions aligned to security policies and business goals, leading feature reviews and driving technical design across complex enterprise systems.

The role requires developer experience and familiarity with Active Directory, CI/CD practices, and scripting (PowerShell, Python).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developer experience (preferred).
• Experience designing or operating security controls in CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, or shared platform services.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall product planning by contributing to stories for complex features and guiding team members.
• Organize, lead and finalize feature review sessions for complex business issues and document decisions; coach others.
• Create the functional design to address complex business processes or requirements for product features.
• Configure or develop within vendor and in-house software; verify operation of new release features and resolutions.
• Provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues across multiple business areas; act as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with Product and Service teams to gather requirements and provide Identity solutions meeting performance targets.
• Participate in Workforce Identity Roadmaps and review sessions with leadership; support audits and compliance activities.
