Allstate invites a Systems Engineer Lead Consultant to drive Identity & Authentication initiatives across hybrid environments. You will research, design, plan, and maintain IAM components, lead incident resolution, and guide cross-functional teams to improve security and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, implement automation with PowerShell, IaC, and CI/CD tooling, and ensure compliance with security best practices and Zero Trust principles.

Qualificações

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions in complex hybrid environments.
• Advanced experience with Active Directory Domain Services, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, and Hybrid Identity.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, APIs, IaC, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with authentication and federation technologies including LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Federation, and certificate-based authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identifying and implementing changes for impact on identity-related components.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve resiliency.
• Lead efforts to integrate plans with other hardware/software components.
• Support production service requests and manage moderately complex infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain tools for monitoring and maintenance of identity infrastructure.
• Lead implementation of moderately complex identity components and enhancements.
