Job summary

Allstate seeks a Systems Engineer Lead Consultant in Identity & Authentication to design, research, and maintain identity tech across hybrid environments. You will use systems, scripting, and developer skills to tackle incidents and contribute to configuration management.

The role requires 5+ years designing IAM solutions, strong ADDS/ADFS/Entra ID expertise, PowerShell, IaC, and experience with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing IAM for complex hybrid environments.
• Advanced ADDS, ADFS, Entra ID, ADCS, Hybrid Identity.
• PowerShell scripting, automation, and IaC.
• LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Federation knowledge.
• GPO, DNS, WSUS, and SCOM in enterprise environments.
• Identity security and Zero Trust concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead changes for complex network hardware and software components.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Align plans with other hardware/software components for integration.
• Support production service requests and moderate complexity tasks.
• Develop and maintain tooling for monitoring and modification.
• Engineer components through design, planning, and implementation.
• Test, debug, and document performance of components.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data conversion impacts are considered.
