Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations for IDD services, including Innovations Waiver and State-Funded Services. The role focuses on quality care, compliance, and staff support across office(s).

This is a remote role for residents near Bellefonte, PA, reporting to senior leadership and upholding the company’s mission and values. You will hire and mentor a diverse team, ensure Medicaid compliance, and drive growth initiatives while maintaining HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IDD management.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of diverse teams.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid rules, ISP implementation, and billing.
• Commitment to serving individuals with IDD.
• Flexible, organized, and aligned with Abound Health’s values.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and Medicaid billing/documentation.
• Lead team meetings and internal inspections/peer reviews.
• Oversee incident investigations and reporting to authorities.
• Manage administrative functions: billing, PTO tracking, benefits, training coordination.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain Medicaid billing and training program documentation.
• Support growth initiatives and outreach programs.
