Job summary

London Approach is seeking a Program Specialist for IDD & Autism Services. The role is primarily remote with travel across Pennsylvania to interview prospective clients and support program needs. Candidates must reside in PA and be able to travel throughout the state.

The position focuses on person-centered planning, program oversight, staff support, and regulatory compliance, including PA Chapter 6100 standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2+ years of experience with IDD/Autism.
• Strong knowledge of PA Chapter 6100 regulations and ISP processes.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Ability to travel across Pennsylvania and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services to promote health, safety, independence, and community inclusion.
• Monitor ISPs, behavior support plans, and related documentation.
• Support DSP supervision and daily operations within your territory.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators, families, guardians, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in team meetings, person-centered planning, and goal development.
• Review program docs and conduct QA to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify service gaps and assist with corrective action plans.
• Coach and provide onboarding to DSPs and staff.
• Ensure incident reports are completed within timelines.
• Assist individuals and families in accessing community resources and inclusion opportunities.
