Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a Director of IDD to lead the IDD program, reporting to the Chief of Staff. This role will strengthen programmatic and business operations, align with BTCS mission, and drive high-quality developmental services across our communities.

The Director will build teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster collaboration across centers. Remote work across BTCS counties with responsibility for strategic planning and talent development.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Doctorate in social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or related human services field.
• Proven capability in clinical and operational leadership.
• Experience in clinical programming, supervision, budget management, and talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to optimize IDD services and related operations.
• Lead and strengthen programmatic and business operations in partnership with Center service lines.
• Promote regulatory compliance and financial stability while building a talented workforce.
