Job summary

S:US seeks a Program Director for the Developmental Disabilities Division to lead the residential program, provide 24/7 support, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. The role centers on person-centered planning, staff development, and delivering quality of life for people with IDD while aligning with the organization's mission.

The leader will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, liaise with stakeholders, and promote dignity, respect, and independence for residents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience working with people with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Provides person-centered planning and ensures dignity and independence for residents.
• Leads residence staff, mentors team members, and ensures staff training.
• Ensures compliance with OPWDD regulations, health protocols and safety standards.
• Monitors quality improvement initiatives and CARF compliance.
• Collaborates with HR on hiring, development and retention of staff.
